Product Release Deprecation Notice

Dear Valued Customer,
DataDirect Technologies’ strategy is to deliver the highest value products with the most up-to-date technology and to enable you to leverage our customer support expertise through a variety of programs. As part of these programs, we regularly release updated versions of our products. As you may already be aware, DataDirect SequeLink, Release 6.0 is now available.
DataDirect Technologies’ general policy is to provide support for the current release of our product and the immediately prior release. With each new release, we seek to provide support for the current version of each database and the immediately prior version and drop support for older versions and platforms, particularly those that may no longer be supported by the database vendors themselves. To have a supported product, we encourage our customers to stay current with the latest releases of their database products and come to us for the latest version of SequeLink.
Pursuant to this policy our 5.4 product is no longer supported. SequeLink 5.5 is now the immediately prior release. Please review our current support matrices for full details on the database versions and platforms that are currently supported.
To ensure the best performance, functionality, and reliability, we strongly recommend that you plan for an upgrade to SequeLink 6.0. We offer a variety of support options that can assist you with implementing the most effective migration path for your organization.
