SupportLink Wins Omega NorthFace Award for Seventh Consecutive Year

DataDirect Technologies' technical support program, named SupportLink, was again selected a winner of the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for exceeding expectations in customer satisfaction. The award is presented annually by the Omega Management Group, a leader in implementing customer satisfaction and retention programs.

Winners are evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Senior management commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Customer satisfaction program which identifies and corrects customer problems
  • Level of customer satisfaction with product/service

The NorthFace Award is named after Mount Everest, the world's highest summit and most difficult mountain to conquer, symbolizing the enormous effort required to achieve world-class customer service.
